I also have a theory that moms can't help being moms…especially when it comes to blog comments!

I'm hoping that prison doesn't become a family tradition for us, either. Now, embracing radical non-violent acts in your 60's? That's one I can get behind.

My gosh, laughing out loud here, and I even read two of your mom's comments out loud to my friend. She and my mom must be long-lost sisters - they comment exactly like each other! So funny!

After reading your happiness with your mom . I shed tears because you let me remeber my mother . When I 22years old I got my graduation and began to work while I left my hometown !
I'm now missing my family very much .because my great childhood resources are totally from it.

It's true, whether it's intentional or not, Moms have long been comedy gold. (Remember Amy's Answering Machine?) I can't wait for my own daughter to start cracking up at the stuff I do–it's a time-honored family tradition. (Surprisingly, I can't say the same about prison.)
