Last weekend at the Washington Sectionals for the CrossFit Games, I managed to get some righteously awful photos of one of my friends mid-workout. They were the first photos that anyone has taken of her working out and I think those photos meant more to her than participating in the workout. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice intro, Tara, I love it.</description>

		<description>Ha, I love this post. My gym posts pictures on Facebook and frequently tags them.  But my coaches have slowly learned through my just-as-frequent detagging that I&#039;m not interested in broadcasting dozens of pictures of me looking a lot worse than you do here.  I&#039;m all about having visual evidence of my good or bad form, but these pictures don&#039;t need to end up in my friends&#039; news feeds.  And you do indeed look ripped here. Pretty amazing work in ~6 weeks.</description>
