Coffee Sanctuary is closing unfortunately. Dec 31st is their last day of business... one more day left. Apparently they will be selling their chai through a new coffeehouse near 28th and Iris called Red Rock, so their legendary chai will live on, even after their coffee shop has closed up.

Bhakti, surprisingly, has more sugar than it's Third Street competitor. Just because Bhakti loads up on Cardamom and Ginger, making you feel the spice more than the sugar, doesn't mean it contains less of it.

There is no doubt among the BCSB Snobs that Bhakti rules, but we're willing to try Coffee Sanctuary

I think I want to taste the Third Street Chai. Is it the same as the usual coffee or with difference. Very curious.
xmas hampers

Oooh, I'm a big Bhakti Chai Lover, no question. I even drove from Denver to Boulder just to get Bhakti Chai before I figured out where to get it in Denver. Love, love Bhakti Chai!!!

Bhakti Chai for sure... It's so yummy and spicy! It's the fresh-pressed ginger they put in it. Have you tried their coffee version? So good. I agree with the other commenter that Coffee Sanctuary's Chai is delicious as well.

I have to say I prefer Bhakti hands down. Not only do I really like it, I also dislike Third Street and other brands for one simple reason: they add citric acid. I have never had homemade chai that had any tartness to it, and I don't want it in my coffee-house chai either. Maybe they add it as a preservative, maybe they all think it tastes better with it ... I don't know and I don't care. Make mine Bhakti!

...or The Market on Larimar Square ... they make their own house chai that's pretty good ... but not as good as Bhakti.
